Heavy duty, highly flexible, water based bitumen waterproofing membrane

Sika® Tite BE is a heavy duty, highly flexible, waterbased bitumen waterproofing membrane. Sika® Tite BE waterproofing and protective coating is suitable for use below ground as a damp proof sandwich membrane, foundation and basement walls, retaining walls and planter boxes. Sika® Tite BE is fast drying, easy to apply and is suitable for use in immersed applications, ponds and water features. It is also suitable for repair of gutter, roofing and existing bitumen surfaces and waterproofing membranes.

Store in dry, weatherproof environment, protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

Consumption

Wall & Floor: Achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 0.8mm. Application coverage rate of 0.8lt per 1m² per coat, minimum 2 coat application. Immersed & Below Grade: Achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 1mm. Application coverage rate of 1lt per 1m² per coat, minimum 2 coat application.
